welcome to the 'virtual class' of Digital Technology and Education course!
It is hoped that this virtual class can also bridge your difficulties in the learning process. More importantly, through this group, may it build a strong relationship among its members.
Instructional Development class is a 4-credit class which comprises 200 minutes for each meeting. In this class, you will learn about the theories of instructional development as well as practice on how to develop the instructional design. It prepares you to be a prospective teacher who is highly qualified in English language teaching.
This course aims to prepare future teachers with the ability to develop English as a Foreign Language (EFL) and second language (ESL) teaching materials and media. In this course, students will perform activities such as understanding the concepts of designing teaching materials and media, analyzing the materials/media of language teaching, and developing their own material/media in the form of a text book. This course is done using project-based learning, and will require the students to develop a text book as a final task.
